Google Ads API — internal advertising tool

About the company
Centrum Medyczne Hope Clinic is a private medical clinic in Lublin, Poland (ul. Nałęczowska 67/U2). We provide neurology, orthopedics, oncology and pediatric neurology consultations, EMG diagnostics and outpatient procedures. We also operate as a clinical research site. The clinic is run as a sole proprietorship by Sebastian Szklener, MD, PhD. Public website: hopeclinic.pl.
What the tool does
We have built an internal automation tool that connects to the Google Ads API. It is used exclusively to manage our own advertising campaigns — the ones promoting our own medical services. The tool:
- reads performance data for our campaigns, ad groups, keywords and ads (reporting),
- performs keyword research for our own campaigns using the Keyword Planner service,
- creates and updates our own campaigns, ad groups, keywords and responsive search ads,
- adjusts budgets, bids and negative keyword lists based on that data.
Who uses it
The tool is used by one person — the owner of the clinic. It is internal use only. It is not offered, sold, licensed or made available to any third party. It does not manage advertising accounts belonging to anyone else, it has no external users, no sign-up, and no public interface.
Accounts
The tool operates on a single Google Ads account, 883-453-3976, linked to our manager account 396-550-6117. We do not access, store or process advertising data of any other advertiser.
Data handling
Data retrieved from the Google Ads API is used only to report on and optimize our own campaigns. It is not shared with third parties, not resold, and not combined with data from other advertisers. Patient data is never sent to the Google Ads API.
